3 Step Process: A simple 3 step flow chart has been designed to assist you in reaching out to our telemarketing desk (for yet-to-be-registered clients), dealing desk (for online trading client) and / or helpdesk (for existing clients).
Step 1: Dial our toll free number 1800-22-9002. It would ask client code which an existing client would have, and if you are not our client, then use assistance of our telemarketing team.
Step 2: In case you happen to be our online trading client, we would be able to assist you for dealing & helpdesk related activities, after you authenticate yourself through TPIN which is sent to soon after your client registration is complete. For offline clients (who are not using Internet trading service, but are being service by our branches / business associates), authentication will happen through identification process done by us, and then our executives will be able to assist you for helpdesk related activities.
Step 3: After submitting your TPIN as online trading client, you can use our dealing desk and helpdesk related services. If need be, you can also change your TPIN.
