Asit C Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd.(ACMIIL) is incorporated as a publicly held limited liability company in India under the Indian Companies Act, 1956. The company was incorporated in the year 1993 under the new enabling provisions for limited liability stock broking companies framed by the Government to encourage limited liability company in this area. ACMIIL was first such company on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
