What is Twitter?
Twitter is a micro-blogging website. It means that a blog entry can be no longer than an SMS, i.e, 140 characters. It is used for constant, brief updates by individuals and companies. When one posts an update, all the people 'following' get the update.

Why are we on it?
We already send out sms updates on market calls. We feel that this medium is ideally suited for constant interaction with our customers, as it allows brief updates on a regular basis without disturbing them. We consider it an additional channel to reach information to our clients in a timely and convenient manner.
